Your use of this website is governed by the laws of the United States.

The total liability of AID Cabinets and its suppliers for any and all claims shall be limited to the amount actually paid to AID Cabinets. In no event shall AID Cabinets be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.


Free Shipping Policies

AID Cabinets reserves the right to change free shipping promotion requirements at any time prior to purchase.

Free shipping is currently available for:

Cabinet Orders over $3,500.00
Including:

  • Full Frame Assembled cabinets and cabinet accessories

Accessory Orders (excluding cabinet accessories) over $149.00
Including:

  • Rev-a-Shelf accessories

Hardware Orders over $49.00
Including:

  • Berenson hardware

  • Belwith hardware

Sample Doors

  • Free ground shipping

  • Overnight and 2nd Day shipping available for an additional charge

  • Free return shipping with a prepaid label

Free shipping is limited to most locations within the contiguous United States. Remote or hard-to-access areas may be excluded or subject to additional delivery charges. AID Cabinets reserves the right to assess delivery feasibility on a case-by-case basis and will notify customers of applicable surcharges prior to order processing.


Ordering Policies

If you use AID Cabinets, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be of legal age to make purchases on the AID Cabinets website and agree that all submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

AID Cabinets reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

A confirmation email will be sent after order receipt and credit card authorization approval.

All online orders are final. Customers are responsible for verifying the confirmation email.

All cabinet orders are custom-built. Order cancellations and returns are not accepted except as explicitly stated in individual product policies.

Split Orders: Orders shipped to the same address may be merged. Orders exceeding 6 total items or containing more than 1 cabinet may be converted to Standard Delivery Lead Time.

All orders must be paid in full prior to processing.

Approved refunds will reflect back to the original form of payment within approximately 3–7 business days.

Orders may be subject to sales tax based on shipping destination. Applicable tax will be calculated at checkout.

AID Cabinets collects and remits required seller’s use tax where applicable.

If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified by email. Backorder shipping charges will be prepaid by AID Cabinets.

Product availability may change without notice. If an item cannot be fulfilled, AID Cabinets reserves the right to refund the order.

Quantity Limits:
AID Cabinets reserves the right to limit quantities per order, per customer, per household, or per payment method. Attempts to circumvent limits may result in order denial or account suspension.


Design Service Policies

AID Cabinets offers a free design service. Designs are recommendations based solely on information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for verifying all designs prior to purchase. AID Cabinets does not guarantee design accuracy or assume responsibility for design-related outcomes.

By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges approval of the final quote.


Trade Pro Program Policies

The Trade Pro Program is available to licensed contractors and remodelers.

Applicants must provide proof of active business entity.

AID Cabinets reserves the right to determine eligibility, modify program terms, or reclassify accounts at any time without notice.

Trade Pro pricing may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.

All Trade Pro members are subject to all general terms and conditions.


Promotion Policies

All promotions and coupon codes are subject to change without notice and apply only to new purchases.

Offers cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers.

Minimum purchase thresholds and additional exclusions may apply.


Product Policies

Kitchen Cabinet Policies

Delivery & Shipping

Standard In-Home Delivery (FREE)
Orders over $3,500 and orders containing 5 or more cabinet boxes qualify.

Customers will be notified via email and text once cabinets are in transit. Delivery scheduling is coordinated by the final-mile carrier.

Deliveries are made to the first dry area of the home. Boxes are not opened unless external damage is visible.

Customers have 30 days to report concealed damage.


Expedite Orders

At its discretion, AID Cabinets may expedite orders of 6 or fewer items with no cabinet boxes.

Expedited orders ship in approximately 12–15 business days.

Delivery is via tailgate service. Customer is responsible for unloading.


Restricted Area Delivery

Locations requiring special handling may incur additional charges and extended lead times.


Replacement Orders

Claims must be submitted with photos. Replacement orders ship within 12–15 business days via tailgate delivery.


General Shipping Policies

  • Someone 18+ must be present at delivery

  • Customer must prepare a clean, dry receiving area

  • Only one delivery attempt is included

  • Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees

  • AID Cabinets is not liable for delays beyond its control


Receiving Policies

Customers must verify all items upon delivery.

Missing or damaged items must be documented on the Bill of Lading.

Once signed, AID Cabinets is not responsible for unreported missing items.


Damage / Defects Policies

  • Visible damage must be reported at delivery

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 30 days

  • Installed products are not eligible for replacement

  • Photos are required for all claims


Return / Cancellation / Mistake Policies

No returns or cancellations on custom cabinetry.

Design-related dissatisfaction is not covered.

Checkout mistakes must be reported immediately; approval is not guaranteed.


Hardware Policies

(Ships in 2–5 business days)

Hardware ships via FedEx or UPS.

Free shipping on orders over $49.

Hardware items are non-refundable.

Missing/damaged items must be reported within 3 business days.


Rev-a-Shelf Policies

(Ships in 2–5 business days)

Free shipping on orders over $149.

Special order items are non-refundable.

Returns require approval and incur a 20% restocking fee.

No returns after 30 days.


Sample Door Policies

(Same-day shipping before 3 PM ET, Mon–Thu)

Free ground shipping and free return shipping.

Doors must be returned in original condition.

100% deposit refund if returned within 30 days (minus expedited shipping).


Painted Wood Cabinet Disclaimer

Natural wood expansion may cause visible joint lines. This is not considered a defect.

Discoloration may occur due to light, smoke, or moisture exposure.

These conditions are industry standard and not covered under warranty.


Pricing Disclaimer

AID Cabinets reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

Accepted payments:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Affirm, ACH, cashier’s checks.

No personal or business checks accepted.


Best Price Guarantee

If a lower advertised price is found for an equivalent product, AID Cabinets will beat it by 5%.

Requests must be submitted via email with a valid written quote.

Eligibility decisions are final.


Warranty Policy

AID Cabinets warrants products to the original purchaser for residential use only.

Warranty covers material and workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the home.

Does not cover:

  • Installation errors

  • Misuse or alterations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural wood variations

All claims must be submitted via the Claims Submission Form with photos.


Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

All disputes shall be filed in Hillsborough County, Florida.
