Shipping
Do you ship cabinets to Canada or outside the contiguous United States?
We only ship our products within the contiguous United States. However, we can ship to U.S.-based freight forwarders who can transfer the order to a final destination outside the contiguous US at the customer’s expense. Please note that AID Cabinets is not responsible for any damaged or missing items once the shipment is handled by the freight forwarding company.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer order pickup at this time. Instead, we provide delivery to any home or business address within the contiguous United States, with free shipping on orders over $3,500.
Can I adjust or choose my delivery date?
We have different shipping policies for our various product collections. In most cases, shipping carriers will try to accommodate a convenient delivery date. Availability may vary by location. Please visit our Shipping Terms or contact our customer service team for more details.
Where is your company or manufacturer located?
Our administrative offices are located in Tampa, and our products ship from multiple locations nationwide. We do not have a showroom our website serves as our showroom. By eliminating showroom costs, we are able to pass those savings on to our customers.
How long does it take from the time I order cabinets until they are delivered?
Delivery times depend on the products purchased and the final destination. Please refer to our Shipping Terms for estimated time frames.
Assembly & Installation
Do the cabinets come with installation hardware?
Different installation scenarios require different types of hardware, so we do not supply installation hardware. Please refer to your local building codes to determine what is recommended for your specific structure.
Can I buy the cabinets unassembled?
Our cabinets are available only as fully assembled products.
How do I adjust the doors and drawers on my cabinetry?

Do you partner with or suggest any installers?
Because we ship nationwide, we are unable to recommend installers in specific areas. We suggest finding a local professional with cabinet installation experience and strong customer reviews.

What is your price-match policy?
We are committed to offering high-quality products at competitive prices. If you find a lower advertised price on cabinets of equivalent quality, we will match it. Please see our Price Match Guarantee for full details and exclusions.
Product
Do you have a showroom?
Our business is exclusively online, so we do not have a public showroom. This helps us keep prices low. We do offer a Sample Door program for customers who want to see door styles and colors in person.
Can I use the cabinets outdoors?
We do not sell outdoor cabinets. Using our cabinets outdoors will void the warranty.
Do any cabinets come in other colors or finishes besides those listed on the site?
No, but we welcome your suggestions.
Do the doors and drawers come with soft close?
All cabinet lines come standard with soft-close drawers. Please view our Comparative Chart for details on each cabinet line.
Do you sell just doors, drawer fronts, or cabinet boxes without doors or drawers?
We only sell complete cabinets.
Do the cabinets come in any other types of wood?
Our cabinets are available only in maple or cherry. Cherry is not available in our frameless line.
Can I pay extra to have glass included with my order?
We do not offer glass.
Where should I go to buy glass inserts?
We recommend visiting a local glass shop. Install your cabinets first, then take measurements for the glass inserts to the shop.
Are your cabinets covered by a warranty?
Yes. We offer a limited lifetime warranty. Please see our Full Warranty Policy for details.
What are unfinished cabinets?
Unfinished cabinets offer the same quality construction but are not stained, painted, or finished. They are popular for customers who want to customize the final color and look.
Do I have to prep unfinished cabinets before finishing?
All unfinished cabinets arrive pre-sanded and ready for finishing. Additional preparation may be needed depending on the finish and the finisher’s discretion. Please consult your finishing product manufacturer for best results.
Will unfinished cabinets arrive sooner?
Unfinished cabinets follow the standard production schedule. Please see our Shipping page for current delivery timeframes.
Are the kitchen cabinets all wood or particleboard?
Face frame and frameless cabinets are made from maple or cherry wood and furniture-grade plywood. Some door styles use an MDF center panel for stability. Euro frameless cabinets feature high-tech acrylics laminated to .75″ white pine particleboard or .75″ plywood.

Designs
Do you offer kitchen islands?
We do not offer pre-configured, assembled islands. However, you can create a custom island using a combination of base cabinets, wall cabinets, and trim. These items must be assembled on site. Our designers can assist with selecting the right cabinets and trim.
How long does it take to get a design after I submit a request?
Our goal is 1–2 business days once our designer has all required information. Actual lead times may vary depending on request volume.
Can someone come to my home to take measurements?
No. However, we provide a measurement guide and a video demonstrating how to measure.
How much does your design service cost, and are there any fees or commitments?
Our design service is 100% free, with no hidden fees or binding obligations. No credit card is required. We only need your name, email, and phone number to contact you about your request and measurements. Please view our Design page for details.
What kitchen design software do you use?
We use industry-leading kitchen design software.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because all cabinets and parts are built to order, we do not accept returns. Please review our full terms for details on your product warranty.
What if I dislike the finished product?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on cabinets, cabinet parts, trim items, or any portion of cabinet orders. Please refer to the return and refund policy above for hardware and accessory items.
Financing
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through PayPal Credit and Affirm. PayPal Credit offers 0% financing for 6 months. Affirm loans range from 10% to 30% APR (simple interest) for up to 48 months.
How do I sign up for financing?
To use PayPal Credit, select it during checkout and provide your date of birth and Social Security number to apply. A credit check is required, and approval is typically instant.
To use Affirm, sign up on the Affirm website or select it at checkout (orders over $3,500). Affirm performs a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score.
Do I need a PayPal account to use PayPal Credit?
Yes, a PayPal account is required, but you can sign up at any time, including during checkout.
Is there an annual fee to use PayPal Credit or Affirm?
There is no annual fee for PayPal Credit. With Affirm, the finance charge is the only fee. They do not charge late fees, service fees, prepayment fees, or hidden fees.
